Since products are handmade, Stump & Stone doesn't currently offer refunds or exchanges.  However, if you received the incorrect item or have noticed a defect (other than natural wood imperfections as I do appreciate these and will incorporate into a piece where possible :) please reach out to us at stumpandstone@gmail.com.
